个人简介

杨政,1989年生,男,beat365亚洲体育在线,副教授,硕导(光学工程方向)。本科毕业于清华大学材料科学与工程系,2019年于中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所获纳米科学与技术博士学位,2019年12月被引进至beat365亚洲体育在线从事教学与科研工作。主要致力于铅卤钙钛矿材料单晶生长、钙钛矿微纳激光调控和钙钛矿基光-热-电耦合探测器等方面研究,在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS nano、Nano Energy、Materials Today和Small等高水平期刊发表SCI收录论文24篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者论文9篇。

研究方向


1、基于低维钙钛矿/PbX量子点复合材料的波长可调控激光研究

2、基于电极化效应(铁电、压电、热释电、挠曲电)的钙钛矿光电子器件构筑和性能调控研究。
